Krystina, LAPC is the Intervention Support Associate at SafePath Children’s Advocacy Center. Krystina is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and has over 10 years of experience providing advocacy and support to children and families. Krystina received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Georgia State University in 2009. She continued her education and graduated with her Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University in 2013. Krystina has over 200 hours of training in forensic interviewing, childhood abuse, human trafficking, and advocacy. As the Intervention Support Associate, Krystina’s role is to provide advocacy and to conduct forensic interviews. Krystina has conducted over 750 forensic interviews of children, adolescents, and teens. Krystina also leads the monthly in-house peer review for other individuals that conduct forensic interviews and provides feedback and trainings to those individuals. Krystina is qualified as an expert witness and provides testimony in court proceedings.
